Monica was the best person I could have asked for that I didn't ask for. I am very happy with her services very blessed that she sought us out to help us with a Probate situation. She never complained always answered my texts and calls no matter the time that I called and I appreciate her, please give her a raise or bonus, or plaque or something, because she is totally awesome and totally deserving of it all. I have worked with other realtors and title companies and everyone involved was professional, timely, understanding and very open to explaining anything that I needed the customer service as a whole is phenomenal. Thank you to Monica and the entire team and every vendor that she used to make this process seamless for me. The fact that I live in another city did not affect the process. Monica also made sure to help as much as possible, knowing I was out of town and the sensitivity of it being my sister's property that has passed away.

I was referred to Monia through a friend of mine who used her to buy his home in FL. Speaking with Monica on the phone the firdst time, I was impressed with her all the way around. Monica was great. She is very detail oriented and followed up with weekly progress. She was diligent to inform us with market trends and sales prices around the area.
